All of our massages are done with your specific aromatherapy blend in mind. Essential oils contain the essence or soul of a plant. The odor, and medicinal properties of each plant can have pronounced effects on the mind, body, emotions and spirit. Your customized botanical essence combined with an excellent massage will either stimulate, heal or soothe your soul. Oil free aromatherapy lotions are available.

 A warm shower is available for your use before or after your service. Shower caps are provided.  Please plan to arrive approximately fifteen minutes before your treatment is scheduled to fill out a form so that we might know a little about your muscle and joint history before we begin.

A mixture of different massage types may be exactly what you need in a given session. Your massage therapist, with your guidance, will determine the method needed to produce the desired results you seek. Some reflexology may be included in your regular massage session.

Deep Tissue (sports)

The intent of this work is to free congestion of the muscle attachments. Deep work brings about realignment of postural distortions and restores proper range of motion. Liberation of emotional tensions may also result. Muscle function and awareness are balanced, and elasticity is revived.

Hot Stone half hour $55 hour $90

Stone massage involves the application of water-heated basalt stones of varying sizes to key points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth. The direct heat relaxes muscles, allowing manipulation of a greater intensity than with regular massage.
